1st goal achieved before time

Goal number one was have 100 people in the team with a minimum of 10% of them doing something. This i am glad to announce has been achieved and then some with 3 weeks to spare. I aimed for the end of march but it is now complete. We have nearly 20% of people already doing things all are selling some are also recruiting with great success. This is part of the reason that i have hit 100 earlier than forecast. I knew i could do it early but set a realistic target using the company averages.
1 in 10 will do something from the start, i converted that to 2 in 10 and is improving daily. This is providing a great platform to build a really productive and profitable network globally in a fast expanding company in an industry that is worth so much money. Sales figures for this month have already passed last months total in its 1st week and many more sales are anticipated daily. Exciting times.
 The next goal is to consistently earn more money a month than my other self employed networking company which at an average over the year works out at about 750/800 pounds a month. I am aiming to have done this by the end of september i see no reason why this cant also be achieved early and i know anyone can replicate these results, i do this part time from home on my pc you can do it to. 1st full month of trading

Since i joined FM during a sales month this is my actual first full month in the business. We have already sold more stuff as a team in 4 days than we did last period when we joined. I haven't actually done any of that work i have still been recruiting. Leaders are already emerging from my 1st starters and are now nearly totally self sustainable.
They listened to what we told them and applied their own experience, ideas and drive and are seeing great results from it. They have sold loads of product and some are even recruiting and building their own teams with what they have learnt. We will be at 100 people really soon with at least a third of them already active and producing results. Now for three weeks work that is really good growth. This month will see even bigger growth.
Recruiting is going so well we have branched out into new countries to expand our business to new levels. The latest recruit is from the usa and she is going to be great at this and build a strong team accross the pond. With some simple help from us she will find it really easy to grow her team and catch us up.
 Some people reading this may think they cant do this but really anyone can our team is vastly diverse in age sex experience etc and have proved to me that anyone can do it. If you want a second income around your job/life this is for you. If you want a career change this is for you, If you one day want what you cant afford this is for you.
 Good mlm/network marketing companies are hard to find even though there are 1000s of them out there, some are cons, some are saturated, too many are complicated too many promise unrealistic earnings so many disappoint. Honestly FM stands out. Contact me below and get involved.

The perfume business was said to be worth a staggering 23 billion pounds in 2010, i dont have the latest figures but i will get them . Just getting a fraction of that cut would make you extremely wealth. As FM is easy to get involved with and sells high quality stuff at affordable prices it has a great opportunity to grow its slice of this giant pie as we are in a global recession and money is tighter than ever but people still want to look and smell nice.
The normal top brand perfumes have about 18-20% oils in them, the eau de toilette they sell is only 3-8% oils.FM perfumes are up to 20% oils and our HOT COLLECTION has up to 30%. These oils are sourced from DROM who are one of the top suppliers in the fragrance business so the quality is assured.

I will post the current figures in a future post as they are also very impressive how many companies can say that anymore, and FM share plenty of it with us the distributors so everyone is happy.
This is just figures for perfume. Our make up works on the same principle, sourced from a top supplier who also supplies top brands and sold at an affordable price through a network of distributors to keep the cost down and the profit share up. I will post make up figures in a future post but they are truly staggering
